Refund and Exchange Policy

We have a strict no refund or exchange policy for our courses and services. Once you have enrolled in a course, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are certain about your decision to enroll in our courses before making a purchase. No Sharing Policy

We have a strict no sharing policy for our courses and services. Each enrollment is intended for individual use only. Sharing your login credentials, course materials, or any other content provided in our courses with others is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to our courses and services without a refund. We take this policy seriously to maintain the integrity of our program and to ensure that all our students receive the full value of their investment in their education.

We collect personal data directly from you when you enroll in our courses, use our services, or otherwise provide us with your personal data. We also collect data about your interactions with our courses and website to continuously improve our services.

We understand the importance of privacy and security, and we take measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide you with our services. Your trust is important to us, and we strive to ensure that your information is handled with the utmost care and respect.

Final Sale Policy:

All sales of coaching services, digital products, and live events are final. No refunds will be issued, and you are responsible for fulfilling all payments outlined in your purchase agreement, regardless of program completion. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and our billing policies, which can be reviewed at our billing policies page.

Physical Product Returns: If you purchase a physical product and are dissatisfied, you may return it in re-sellable condition within 30 calendar days from the order date for a refund, minus a $15 restocking fee. After 30 days, refunds are not available, but you can apply the product's value (minus shipping and a $15 administrative fee) as a credit toward future products, events, or services within 12 months of purchase. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used within 12 months for products, consulting, or live events.

Payment Plans: If you chose a payment plan, it was provided as a courtesy. You are responsible for completing all payments as per your agreement, regardless of program completion. Payments are attempted on the scheduled due dates. If a payment fails, we will continue to attempt to process it daily until successful. Unresolved payment declines within a 4-day period will incur a $50 collection fee for each month the balance remains outstanding.
